I'm learning!! ;) :D Do I get a sticker on my jotter?

By all means - you may stick it wherever you want - in a nice way ;)

It was the two tones which initially caught my eye when the press images were first released. Again, I'll reserve judgement until I see them in real life. They do look fantastic on the promotional advert and in the press photos. Would you be happy enough to go to 19ins alloys?

I really don't know to be honest. I'm concerned about the ride quality BUT I really don't want to have the Original alloys again. I'm probably going to have to have a test drive in a GT to see what it's like. Time will tell. But these look lush

To be honest, the ride on 19s is firm but not unbearably so.

I'm electing to take the sticker remark positively... :p

I've been reminded today, just how hard it feels when you come down to 35s! Jeezo! Bloody country roads!

So the winters are on then huh? I haven't fitted mine yet...holding off until headlamp cap arrives so I can kill two birds with one stone. Incidentally, the request for them ordering a replacement cap was a bl**dy nightmare call as the bloke I spoke to had no idea what I was referring to (the rubber headlamp cap that deals the light unit internally and cover the wiring etc) and was adamant I required a replacement light unit. I made him look it up...lo and behold its actually called a "headlamp cap". I hope he was on work experience and won't be fitting my winter tyres!! All this cost for them and it's gotten blooming mild. Bah humbug!!

Well guys I can indeed confirm that the resale prices have fallen, I traded in my 5 month old asphalt with 2100 miles on the clock today for a new Mercedes and as I was expecting to take a hit on the trade in price I wasn't exactly prepared for what I got offered. Managed to squeeze a little more out of them but still a big loss

Yea RCZ1. I did like the asphalt, the drive was great and I loved the exclusivity of the matt paint and the rareness but I missed my A5 from the day I picked it up and I must say the biggest reason I've got rid was the DEALER. Was a nightmare from day one
I picked up a new C-class 250 amg sport plus in white with panoramic roof

A real shame that you had a poor dealer. It does appear to be the luck of the draw whether you get a good one or a bad one unfortunately.

Enjoy your new motor. Just Googled it, looks very nice. Happy motoring :)

Ouch ... This is quite frightening for anyone wanting to sell there's soon ... So just a couple of months ago we got the best part of 18k back for our 2011, 11 plate 156 GT with no extras and 20 thousand on the clock

I can confirm that the dealer are an out and out nightmare to deal with. I have had endless problems with them.

Starky - I'm sorry to see you go...particularly before we got a meet sorted out. I genuinely couldn't tell if you were pulling our legs last night on Facebook! What will I do now without my fellow Avenger?!

I have but usually my initial problems are then followed up by blunders that they then have to rectify. I am going to at my tyres sorted but then may go to the heed to have them investigate the bizarrely low fuel consumption I experience (28.2mpg)!

All car dealers have there problems but that shower in kemnay where outright clowns from the start, I'm just glad I will have no dealings with them again, I must say Mercedes at Newcastle where A1. Even calling me today to make sure I got home ok and everything was ok with the car, they did me a second set of plates with My number on, just waiting on dvla now, oh and I asked the guy for his Merc/amg jacket he was wearing and he got me a new one :)
