if you can hear the motor then it’s probably a blockage which means tracing the pipe work from the washer bottle back.

Yep me too I have my dash cam just under the rear view mirror and just tucked the cable under all the Trims right down to the auxiliary socket no trims removed.

Have they given you an explanation of what the problem is and why it’s a whole new motor? For it to want a new motor I would have thought it must be something to do with the bottom end but not heard of any problems like that, I know there have been a few having to replace the cylinder head...
