To be honest I just would not bother....what are you doing it for as part of a turbo upgrade, bigger intercooler and remap etc. If not then I cannot see the point; you very may well even lose performance by doing it from say loss of low down torque, heat soak etc.
I agree so many posts with issues that owner's have then thrown £000s at as a result of apparently inept 'mechanics or Techs' that have no real clue what they are doing and aimlessly replace things at the Owner's expense hoping to find the solution; then blame the RCZ as unreliable. Yep it has...
Mine have not suffered any issues with the black arches, car has been garaged and given the possible issues with the leather dash caused by the sun I try and park in the shade, I use 'Finish' by Autosmart which keeps all plastic, rubbers tip top.
MisterX on here had a new engine at about 160k miles in his R. Robins and Day in Maidstone for about £6k as Peugeot supply like most manufacturers crate recon engines. Was at his expense.
Peugeot do not allow it seems customers to have copies of previous Warranty work if original owner has not...
Look good, I have drilled and grooved on my Fiat Coupe. Did you pay for weather anodising to stop the centres rusting if not I would whip the wheels off and Hammerite the centres otherwise they rust and look a bit meh.
You have your advert just need your price....£14.5-16k? PX is a mugs game, they would make at least £8k on your car alone never mind the new one you buy from them.
The Peugeot Warranty which as you know is transferable to a new owner; would be a major selling point for me. My R has had the...
5 Rs on Autotrader...few disappeared...the black R with 23k that had £000s put on it when bought and then sold by Trade seller has gone from site/search. Wonder how long the red Rs will take....
Jeez. Do you know they didn't then?
Watch what? A Red R sold a few weeks back for a recent example of pricing at Yeoman's for £18K I spoke to the Sales chap....so yeh they do go for that much or no they don't and the pricing is all a Trade conspiracy and because they are a Peugeot and not an...
funnily enough all of those you list plus again low mileage for me....my VX220 has done sub 30K I wouldn't go near a high mileage one of those or a high mileage R for that matter even with a bespoke Peugeot Sport forged THP. Garage Queen for me as none of mine are daily drivers. I think £17K for...
Nor do I that seems like the market rate from a Dealer, look at the price rises for run of the mill stuff, A moroccan near me on low miles went for £18K from a MD and sold in just over a week, when I was there last Friday they said they had a fair few enqs. Wonder why the black one at £15K with...
Yep mine is up end of the month renewal is £320pa has like yours paid out well exceeding the warranty cost to me, but then again all the biggies that seem to crop up have been done hpfp, clutch/flywheel, front springs. Probably will renew it, if nothing else if I decide to sell (who am I...
