The rest of the album is mainly violin instrumentals with a bit of dub pop in the background. But its still good :)

Just listening to Delain now. Their newer stuff sounds a lot better than their earlier stuff going by youtube lol

Received my 2 CD's today and got Shatter Me on the main Bose system (LOUD) Amazing sound. Uploaded onto hard disc in Pearl2 using the high quality option.............. brilliant

Thanks again Abz, great recommendation :p

I know, its a great song, and even better when loud ;)

No problem

The singer on Shatter me is Lzzy Hale. Her normal band is Halestorm. Also one of my favourites :)

Still love The National and listen to them often in the car. I'm headed to see them play the Usher Hall in Edinburgh tomorrow. Can't wait because, despite having been listening to them since around 2001, I have never seen them live and cannot wait to hear Matt Bernigner's baritone voice live!

In a competent different genre (over to rock and post hardcore now), I am very much enjoying the latest project involving Johnny Craig, Slaves. I think ah the has an incredible voice and I have followed him closely since his days with Emarosa who I also like a lot. This is the debut Slaves track (but not the best one on the album IMO but their debut was only released about a week ago and there is very little about them floating around the internet thus far).

Also, this is Emarosa (some of these you'll NEED to open in your browser safari etc if they don't play directly):

(1min 12 in onwards demonstrates just a small degree of the variation that and power that his voice holds...a seriously unbelievable voice).

Totally agree, I rather listen to a gorilla playing tunes on my testicals, than listen to that for a minute

Good lord Abz...that is truly awful. It's like listening to frogs in a blender set against the aural torture of bad metal music. Where did you pick this one up; Guantanamo: The Greatest Hits...?

It gets played on Team Rock Radio a fair bit. It grew on me lol.

On another note. The theory of a deadman album is out today. And isn't bad :D

Mantovani for me.Some Herb Alpert and of course the legend that is andre rieu. After doing the shopping in m+s on a sat morning,i like nothing better than sitting in my car outside the hairdressers while my wife gets her blue rinse done as i listen to him and his johann strauss orchestra. We are hoping to get tickets to see him. After which i zip home at a steady 30mph to a soundtrack of blaring Glenn miller.Sometimes we go to the pond to feed the ducks and i put on some novelty tunes. We like Rolf Harris..im jake the peg..teedle eedle eedle um,with my extra leg.teedle eedle eedle um.
