It was straight from Hardies Peugeot stirling PEUGEOT LEASING its 10k miles a year the colour was pearl white and it was the 156 gt the 200 gt is funny money for leasing as its residuals are not as good as the 156 gt so the man from hardies said

So its a 3 horse race. :helpme: :helpme: :helpme:

1.Rcz 156gt sat nav,with them new polished alloys,vision pack,lama coloured interior.£363/36 months

2.A3 sportsback 2.0tdi S-Line in pearl white, interior mood lights .£363/36 but fully maintained/servicing/tyres.

3.A3 sportsback 1.8tfsi S-Line S-tronic in black £404/36 months but again fully maintained including tyres.

All 3 cars have a lead time of between 3/4 months which will tie in with my old rcz going back so i have to make up my mind pretty soon

This is a tough one Maverick!! I would live to see you in the new RCZ with all the toys that you have desired (the lama leather is a classy touch :thumbup). However, I suppose you have to ask yourself if the toys and spec are enough for you to put up with the 156 engine for another three years...after all it has been your biggest bugbear with the car. However, it'll turn far more heads than the A3 will.

As for the A3 selection, personally, I'd not be tempted by the oil burner. It's got plenty of torque but neither of them are actually that quick. The 1.8 certainly certainly has more guts and straight line speed. Have you read about the new type R civic? Honda have stated that they are going to make sure that it's quicker round the Nuremburg ring than the previous one which still holds the fastest time for a front wheel drive car. They've also said they expect it to have in the region of 350BHP at its disposal....nice!!! Shame that it's still some way away from arriving and I actually think the previous model is better looking.

Anyway, those are my thoughts for what they're worth...

I'd go with the NEW RCZ Jass ... the A3 just won't turn heads however you jazz it up. Looking at your A3 parked up just won't make you smile when like the RCZ does. BUT I would go with a 200bhp version if I had to go petrol....

Get 'Bisto' brown :)

On my way to work this morning, passed the Peugeot dealership as I always do, to see the new facelifted RCZ demo parked outside. Nera black with the new nose. Looked VERY nice and it's made my day

I'm on leave next week so I think a visit to my dealer is on the cards

I'd get the new RCZ out of the 3 personally.

People talking about all the extras for an Audi but I am stunned nobody has yet to mention the extra cost for having indicators installed on them...

The problem with this facelift is that only the front has changed, the car will not drive any differently and no one but a RCZ driver will notice the difference.

I have to say that I agree with you Bradshaw. It is all cosmetic but that's not to say that I think people should be put off by it. I like the nose of the original and I am glad that I got the mesh grille fitted (thank you Peugeot!!) as I do think that it has helped to reduce the distinction between the old and new models (at least in my head)!

Likey the alloys in all black and the stitching on the steering wheel to match the colour of the car and the black sill plates & the exhausts, not sure how the leather strip arches & mirrors would stand up to British weather :eusa-think:

The colours great. It certainly stands out from the crowd :)

In the picture showing the sills - shouldn't the wording on the mats read "Life on the Edge" .......?

Those seats are similar to what I have planned in my next car ;)

I proper like it too. If I was in the market and it was available, then I'd buy one

Will you also be buying a matching quilted Barbour jacket to go with those seats? ;)

Yup, I too think that "Live on the AGE" was a bit of a blunder and should read, "Live on the edge".
