Hi all. Long time since I posted here, but I'm back now. Hope to see some of you in the flesh, as it were, up in Yorkshire. Already confirmed it on FB. Planning on making a weekend of it, so the tent and ponchos will be packed in Lola's rather spacious and curvaceous boot. Looking forward to it

I know you have had me down as a possible for quite a while, but sorry, you will have to take me off the possible list.........

I'll be there including +1 :auto-car:

Looking forward to it, but looks like it's too late for a room, tried loads of places, only a few dodgy looking establishments coming up with vacancies. Still trying though, going to look in Whitby :eusa-think:

http://www.blacksmithscountryinn.co.uk Is a possibility depending on your wallet.

Hey, cheers for that, but I have already managed to get in to the Discovery Rooms in Whitby. A bit pricy for a one night stay but at least the OH has a night out to look forward to, as I'm not too sure just how keen she is on th actual meet. :?

Try laterooms.com mate. Might be something there for you.

Apart from seeing so many RCZ'S i am Also looking forward to seeing the surrounding area. I've never been that far North.
Will be bringing my camera to show the wife what she has missed. Maybe persuade her for next year ??
Staying in kirkbymoorside. Where abouts would the car wash be ? The car will be "bogging" after the drive up.

How late does the invite stay open for? I'm often very busy around May.

Thacker - due to the very high number of attendees this year we may have to put a limit on the number of cars attending so it is recommended to get your name down as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.

Up to now I can't really confirm much in May so perhaps best opt out, plus with 40 cars on show another white one wouldn't be missed. Have a great day

Another RCZ is always welcome, if there is no room at the table you should still be able to get a bar snack or bring a picnic. Weather permitting. :greetings-wavingblue:

Hi RCZ1,
If the number of cars are limited to the number of meals booked, I for one won't be eating, I'll sort my own food out. We don't really want to leave anyone out because of this, more the merrier. Yer ??
Not sure if this is the case but just checking ?
This is looking to become a HUGE meet.
(My first car meet so I dont really know what a HUGE one is) Plesae no rude comments....
Im sure you wouldn't want to turn anyone away.....
The interest seems there, so if that is the case then be it on a first come, first served food wise.
Just an suggestion ??

SEVEN7SEVEN - I'm hoping I won't have to limit numbers. I'm just going to see how the interest goes.

It's nothing related to the food (although for anyone who is on the list as confirmed but is not planning on eating, can you make it clear in this thread as it is primarily for table booking numbers). A little closer to the date I will be asking everyone for their food orders as we need to pre order). Anyway, my concern is on numbers of cars driving from location A to location B. There are rules and regulations we have to adhere to, which won't be easy with the numbers of cars attending but up to now, we do have everything in control and plans are progressing well.

This is going to be the biggest independent gathering of RCZs ever seen in this country [THUMBS UP SIGN]
