I think the carbon roof was a factory fitted option, possibly a carbon wrap would be the option available to you, but maybe someone has done this on here that could advise you better :eusa-think:

My temptation would be to take it straight back to the dealer, after having arranged a courtesy car, and telling him to let you know once the problem had been rectified, and protection re applied.
