Spotted a really nice Mk1 in White, sporting nice quads and some kind of grill badge, parked outside the Dam Inn, Newmillar Dam, Wakefield this lunch time. We were on foot, doggy walking, my Z parked a couple of miles away.

Oil on the engine block and constant topping up sounds like a blown gasket/seal to me. Like Chris asked, if it's in warranty, straight back to the dealer. In any case, I think it's a sooner rather than later repair that's needed. :eusa-think:

As far as I know, the reason they put 19"s on the GT's is cos of the brake Callipers. So I assume 18"s won't fit, I think I read this somewhere on the forum some time ago.

You could just swap a wheel from the rear to the front, and put the spare on the back if you got a front blowout. I think that's what Joske was getting at.
I don't think a wheel spacer would make any difference.
I don't know of a space saver that will fit the front :eusa-think:
I had to go to the red bar both ways to get it in there. :shock:
They are probably set about right. Around 6 to 8 inches when the solid tone starts and the bar goes red. :eusa-think:
