You need the 2.8 update disc, as the software version is showing RNEG2.75 I know Chris (Tianorth) has this disc and will post it to you if you pm him. If you check out the SatNav update thread, you will see a method of downloading the latest maps without having to buy them from Pug. It may be...

You could just try inputting a postcode into the "town" line. If it stops after 5 digits you need to speak to the dealership & get them to supply you with the relevant update discs as it should have come with the latest ones installed :thumbup:
