So, the service schedule is based on time or mileage, whichever happens soonest. If the car was registered, I assume the service schedule "timer" Was instigated, so it will presumably be due its first service a year after it was registered.
As for the eco mode, no way round that one I'm...
The RT6 has Bluetooth streaming, whereas the NG4 doesn't. The NG4 has a hard drive, the RT6 doesn't., I don't know what other differences are, I have only had the RT6 unit with Nav screen.
I would have it in for a "free" safety check. I haven't heard of anyone having to have rear dampers replaced within the warranty period, so I wouldn't have thought it normal.

I guess they told you it's service history before you bought it - which if the case, proves that they have the service book tucked away in a drawer somewhere, along with the rest of the gubbins, Radio Manual, Owners manual etc. They should all be in a nice (sic) plastic wallet with a silver lion...

At least when you get the few issues you have sorted, that's probably about it as far as the Z goes for known issues (well, apart from coil packs & various sensor problems)
So hopefully, your nice dealer...

I have (he says with fingers...
