I would have thought that if it was a mount then you would get some issues whether the car was hot or cold. It sounds like your problem is present all the time, but gets worse when the oil gets hotter, which does make me wonder if you have the correct oil/amount of oil in the gearbox.

I have just completed a @ 900 mile round trip to the south coast over a 4 day period. We saw 1 other Z and that was a dolphin blue mk1, had a foreign plate and was parked in a multi storey car park in Truro :eusa-think:
There are occasionally RCZ,s “breaking for spares” on EBay, but they are usually sold off in individual parts, bumpers, wind mirrors etc.
I assume you wouldn’t want the hassle of selling your car in bits over a period of months and being left with whatever was left.

Scorpions yummy, last time I was in Thailand I ate one of those, along with a cricket, some meal worms & part of a tarantula, I couldn’t manage the whole thing, despite being semi conscious due to consuming several “buckets”

Found this one.....https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/exterior-mir ... Swd01dO1KG

Sad day indeed, but I understand, needs must. Very good luck with your new ride, stay in touch, and wait for the day when another R might fit back into your lifestyle.
The mirror will only move back when the toggle switch is moved to the centre position. If it’s left in the right side position, when disengaging reverse, the mirror stays pointing down. Flick it to centre & it should move back to its normal position.
It does sound like a similar problem to the...
