1958mm with the mirrors folded. 2107mm with the mirrors out. A tape rule across the garage opening should resolve the issue.

That looks a bit dodgy to me. Is the flex really covered in tape? It doesn't even look that the plug is fully home in the socket.

I'll bet they are generic as the 308 one looks similar. I cannot imagine for one second that they would design one specifically for the RCZ as it would not make any sense to do so.

Good point, I had forgot about that as it was the easiest bit of the job.

Double check that everything is correct. Is the lid fully secured and the clips on the rear in place? If so you may need to check that the filter is seated correctly. It could be something as simple as that if, you did not have the problem before you changed the filter.

Don't forget to clear the drain holes in casing of the rear spoiler housing as water will piss in when the boot lid is lifted. I had that problem, cleared with a wooden skewer I had in the kitchen drawer through the rubber grommets in the lip of the boot and have bought some pipe cleaners just...

Another thought is that the sun visor is probably a part that is fitted in other Peugeot and Citroen marque's same as coolant tanks, wing mirrors etc. I do not think for one minute that the sun visor is exclusive to the RCZ but tracking the bugger down may be a bit of a pain

Well the wife's Citroen C4 got a broken coil spring on the N/S front, so had to replace the pair for £338.00 fitted. That is after new Pad's & Discs at £208.55 on the front and new drop link and service for £214.00. It all come's in three's.
