Make sure that the battery is in good condition. tons of codes can come up due to bad or weak battery. If the car drives fine even with the fault msg it will prolly go away after 3-4 drives.

Yes its a known problem. No they dont check during a service. chain rattle from engine bay on a cold start will most likely be a indication of a replecement needed. 156hk engines are more present with this issue then the 200hk. on Diesels this isnt a issue as they have belts instead of chain.

Ok so I found out what the noise was coming from. There is a screw (10mm) that is loose making the seat feel unstable when cornering etc. Problem is that where it attaches to the seat the nut is factory welded to the seat and i noticed that the thread is damaged so there aint no way to fix it...
