Morning, Full engine rebuild not long completed, it had jumped timing chain and done quite a bit of damage internally but engine is now fully rebuild so did timing chain as it was re-built

That’s a problem, Mini Cooper S same engine but not same head ! You will have problem finding one, I think there are less than a couple hundred R's in uk. EBay France ??
