Right my fellow banters, i'm off out for a few large ones.

Jassy, dont hold back buddy, just let rip, doesnt matter that you dont live in a ivory tower like some :eusa-whistle:

Me, i dont give a hoot how much money, cars, planes , boats, camels or wives someone has, it doesnt make them a better person.
Well saying that if they donate to the jactac fund then i think they are brill...... :lol:

I was a bit pi**ed off earlier but really i dont want to argue and dont feel the need to either now simple. i just want to get a long with folk i understand that thats now always the case.the rcz is your dream car i am happy you feel like that :thumbup: its not mine as i am just one car away from that hopefully :dance: ,you dont like my sense of jesting fair enough but i do think you have a "nearly" unique car but you should have got black soltice wheels :lol: then it would have uber cool :cool:.

No body on here can be as bad as a politician surely? I prefer the truth and say it as it is. Never mind this pussy footing about. If you feel strongly enough about something to say it and be man enough to defend it. Otherwise just say nowt. My other word of wisdom is if you can't say anything nice then say nowt. I would like to add to that Ron,
No man should think they are better than the next man just because of his wealth and belongings.

Sometimes saying "nowt" to people like that is very difficult, even if the words that are said are not nice.

The truth hurts sometimes but it has to be said.

Here endeth the words of wisdom from an ordinary workingclass poor commoner, with no "chips" but a definite gripe with the braggers of this world (and forum).

Well my dear parishioners, it does have to be said that the truth can indeed be painful. Forgiveness is also a tough pill to swallow. Walking a mile in another mans shoes is also a good proverb. But above all else we should not covert another mans possessions.
I strongly suspect that the man in question has no need or desire to brag and even less desire to put anybody down or indeed belittle them. What I read was a explanation for his comments or justification if you like.
I too am prone to saying that I like to have the best. I never had such luxuries as a child and make up for those deficiencies now. It, in my opinion is not bragging that I can afford them, more stating a fact that I chose to spend my hard earned money on acquiring such luxuries. I always had bog standard company cars Escort 1.3 & 1.4L Cortina 1.6L so now I chose just about every extra on offer as I am paying. That does not make me vain or bragging. It is merely factual.
So lets not judge or make judgement upon a man we do not know. I strongly suspect that he is a very nice person, that has earned the right to treat himself to the finer things in life. Good on sir :thumbup:

my dad always went for ghia's/ghia X'S actually with the largest engine availabe 2.3 2.8 3.0 my family didnt do 1.6L's and on an annual occurence THIS WAS AS WELL cash :lol: EVEN RS COSWORTHS as you can gather he was a ford man how they have changed :thumbdown:

Ron :wave: here we go i am in a fotunate position i can earn in the region of 3 zero's + ON 40 HOUR WEEK its always more like yourself :thumbup: a week i am a fully qualified electrical engineer having just finished my hnc and i am not leaving it at that,HND :p so my earning potential can be even greater i am not some stupid semi skilled worker{SORRY FOR WHO ARE} i do have a good brain :eusa-think: :lol: my life does not start and end with a carbon fibre roof,i live with my partner 5 ft 9" SIZE 8 she is a babe {ex model}ex miss SCOTLAND who has 2 kids in A 3 bedroom semi not my house :) i am just the lodger :thumbup: no overheads as yet i have been out work on a regular base;s since june waiting on exam results to apply for certain jobs i have the potential to buy&sell 0058ron but i dont say this do i i have more qualifications than you have extras on your rcz even 2 rcz'd,so praise be the lord hopefully soon i will get my DREAM JOB :thumbup:

Well Ron it is obvious that you are reading the comments differently to what i , Jassey and other members who have sent PM's agreeing that this was just blatant bragging and a put down of certain members.
Another mans wealth and his possessions are not my concern, but what i and others find sickening is when another man suggests a competition to show off his possessions and then gloats that he can pay £25000 for a "toy".

I thoroughly agree that anyone that has earned the right to treat themself should do so, but just dont bloody brag about.

This has nothing what so ever to do with having a chip on my shoulder,there will always be people better off and worse off than myself, it's a fact of life, and thats why i dont brag about my wealth and belongings, it's just a respect thing, which by the way no amount of money can buy, it has to be earned, maybe certain people need to remember that !!!

Anyway i'm not going to waste anymore of my time chatting about someone elses shallow attitude.

I accept no body is grammatically incorrect. Our good friend said 2 aircraft which is not necessarily 2 planes. Sorry put if I am 2 accept 6 of the best then you will have to quote people and not misquote :thumbup:
I have done my spell of "grand in the hand" it was a bit of a weekly challenge between a small group of us. So no longer interested in that any more. But if it is right for you at present then I wish you well. I have no understanding of the exams that you speak of but I assume that it makes you well qualified in your field. :beer:

i to have at least 5 planes !!!!! but also dont like to brag to much ... i do need them all though .. as a subcontact carpenter and at this present time not alot of zeros after the first number at all .......
