You see, however unique you think you might be by bringing down the RCZ with every step you take, the phenomenon is actually quite common on the internet. Its actually so common, that they gave it a name. Its called trolling.

And no, i promise you, i do not support England Rugby, Springbok for life!!

Is it a Lotus Cortina? Only reason I know that is that there was a guy who I used to deliver papers to (about 17 years back  ) who would be out cleaning one every Sunday morning without fail. It was in mint condition and I always thought it was pretty cool. It was slightly off white with some touches of racing green down the side and around the bottom of the boot. Very cool...I'd happily have one today!
The green band had yellow flakes in it too. Perlescent of it's era

Maaaan...awesome. I'm totally going to try and find one on pistonheads and the like. Reckon that'd be a really cool car to have for some fun.

I reckon the Mk1s look cooler than the Mk2s from what I can see but pristine examples are selling for around 40k!! :-o I'll rethink that then..

YOU MAY ALL SLATE ME but i wonder how the percentage of rcz owners just now :eusa-think: will get another RCZ WHEN IT COMES TO THE TIME to change there car's :eusa-think:)

Nice motor Jassy, but not for me. Hope you'll still manage to take the ol' Z to Yorkshire though - you'll be a bit of a black sheep otherwise!

And I'll be first to admit, and hold my hand up, to admitting I won't buy another RCZ. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my car but at the end of the day, it's a scratch I had to itch and I'm pleased I got to own a car I really wanted since the day they were launched.

But in all fairness, the RCZ isn't the most practical of motors...... :)

So what are the contenders to replace yours when the time comes Donna? (Mine are the Focus ST3 or new A-Class AMG...as it stands)

You seem to be a bit of an expert at this troll thing
Problem is though, you're letting everyone see the real Max83

Therefor I'm going to go now and take some more pills for my headache and hopefully the kidnapping of this thread will disappear.

PS.
Springbok :?: , Is this some sort of summer fruit ;)

Yeah, i hope so! I hope they see when I come on here, i've got tips and tricks on how to maintain the car, improve the car, help solve issues, try and investigate new issues, willing to try new things etc. I dont come one here complaining about the car not having a foot rest, or not having enough power or the car only entertaining me for 3 weeks and not 8 months... cant even remember what you guys were on about... I also dont come on here and tell you how fast my GTI is and how much better it is built or how cheap it is to maintain or how magnificent the resale is cos that is not the point of this here forum!

So yes, let it be clear, the real MaX83 is here for RCZ and all things RCZ and not to listen to people constantly criticize it.

I'm here for the foreseeable future, but not taking over your trolling duties.

It's clear from the start of this sad thread who and what you are, otherwise you would not have made a beeline for me, but hey whatever floats your boat. :Moony:
I'm amazed and amused though that anyone that has critised or spoken out about their purchase not being what they expected could now be classed as a troll, or is it just me you're starting with :eusa-think:
As for running along, well I could do this all night, every night if I felt the urge, but to be honest you not really giving me much excitement . :sleeping-yellow:
But I will keep a look out for those tips & tricks of yours, I bet they will be blinders. :eusa-whistle:
I may even give you a  if you deserve it. ;)

Your second or third post in this thread you state the RCZ has looks but sucks at everything else... that is what sparked my response. Got nothing against you and if you felt it was personal i apologize.

Max.
Firstly, I base this on 2 years of owning a Z, that has clearly not been problem free for me, therefor that entitles me to give my opinion on an open forum.
If you have owned your Z longer and feel it's been problem free then that's great, I'm ok with that, but let myself and others have their say without being labelled a Troll just because they feel let down with the quality or anything else to do with owning an RCZ.

Secondly, Please get your facts right, at no time did I say the RCZ "sucks".
This is what I said, and it is there for all to see:
"The RCZ's trump card is it's looks, inside and out.
It could go head to head on looks with most cars on our roads and come out on top, but sorry, after that it's definitely towards the back of the field in my opinion".

Ok...right. I left that to run its course and let all sides have their say. I'm all for a bit of banter and some well intentioned "niggle" (which I think we saw at times) but there's neither a place nor point in ANYONE getting personal. Everyone's views are equally valid and deserve to be heard but, in all honesty, I feel that some of the remarks being made are unfair and strike me as undeserved when taken in the context of this thread. I'm not going to say anything more on this and hope that things are left here as both sides have aired their views. Please don't force me or any other member of the admin/moderating team to take further action but if this continues then I'm afraid that I will lock this thread. Fair enough?

To be totally honest I'm a bit thrown why this started, and why only me, :!: Got my thoughts though. :eusa-think:
So lets just leave it there.
And this was such a good weekend.
Never mind I'll just watch THE game again.
