Hi sorry to hear of your problems, how do you know the chain has snapped? Did you have any warning signs before it went? Noisy on start up or anything like that? I would have thought it would probably be worth as is 2k-2.5k :thumbdown:

I’ve upgraded to black diamond drilled and grooved discs all round and use their pads that are perfectly matched to the discs. You can buy the pads separately though.

Re: RCZ R front discs and calipars There is a firm who has just started doing a exchange reconditioned set of callipers with stainless pistons I believe at a cost of around £800. Other companies are doing full replacement kits discs and callipers for between 1K-2K one is Pug1 off and another...

Yep you only have to visit the local breakers to see how many are being scrapped and the possibility of failing parts supply on critical parts such as the bonnet pyrotechnics and more and more will be written off by insurance companies who just won’t or can’t repair them. :thumbdown:

Because of the overall offset it’s actually not that wider stance than standard but I’m going to go up another 5mm all round but to be honest the RCZ is such a great handling car it’s going to take some pushing to notice a difference :thumbup:

It’s hard to fall out of love with such a beautiful car! :thumbup: and yes either grade of oil is ok it’s just Peugeot have now recommend using the ineo first 0w-30.
