The xenons on our RCZ can be adjusted. There are two plastic adjustment screws for each headlight unit, one for the horizontal and the other for vertical adjustment. As mentioned by tianorth here, there is a procedure & device to do that, hence it will cost some money to do.

One important difference between 308 and the RCZ: the 308 has a higher fuel line pressure. Therefore mappings for 308 cannot be applied to the R (or its results). The RCZ R has to be treated differently. But the R engine is tune-able.
