    Weather

Our bay window got damaged. Let a load of water in, just spent about 2k decorating in the front room too. Really happy.

rcz 200 very slight baulking changing from 1st to second - comments plse

Mine crunched a lot, changed the oil and it made a small difference. You could still feel a "reluctance" though. Also latterly started popping out of second when changing down too. Part of the reason why it got traded in.

    Boot capacity

I used my RCZ to dispose of an old kitchen. Work tops, units, floor tiles, sink. Two trips is all it took. The only thing I didn't put in it were the old oven and refrigerator.

    Welcome 👍

    Wheel bolts

Locking bolts I assume, given Peugeot ones are total garbage. I've replaced them with standard bolts on every Peugeot I've had. Don't ask why, though it involved oxy acetylene.

    Newbie to RCZ (and Forum)

Welcome. I've had that many "hard" cars I've forgotten what a comfortable car is 🤪

    management light

If it's full, then it's probably the level sensor. It failed on mine, cheap and easy to do.

    Shark Grey

Mine was shark grey, but had the cream leather.

It’s not just Peugeot with dodgy LED’s

I was following a red one earlier Neil and it was exactly the same. German build quality pffft.

    Hello!! Active Spoiler Issue

I always followed it to the letter. Having owned lots of Peugeots in the past, I discovered they're pretty good at breaking themselves. I didn't really want to help them.

    Hello!! Active Spoiler Issue

BSI reset is basically following a battery disconnection/re-connection procedure. Emphasis on the word "following".

    4grand repair..but love my car....

Whoops. Chain is a sub 1k job these days. Mine was about 1k when I had mine done. Chain, tensioners, guides and VVT sprockets. I drew a line under mine when the clutch started making a chattering and a mooing.

What on earth did you do to it to need a 4k repair??

    Cars in the garage (chain)

When my GT86 went in for a recall job, I got an Aygo. My 86 felt like an F1 car when I got back in it.

    Problem with the fan.

I'm assuming it's the engine cooling fan. Any other issues?

Where the - is the MAF??

MAP is Manifold Absolute Pressure 👍

    constant issue

Old batteries make Peugeots go mental. Ask me how I know.

    Oil top up

I cleaned mine with metal cleaner. Making it shiny seemed to help to make it slightly easier to read. Which given the number of times a week I checked the oil was rather useful.

    Radio and the clock questions

From my experience, you just push those things in almost to the handles at the end, then yank. Taking in to consideration there are electrical connectors and wiring in there, obviously. I seem to recall some of mine having Audi/VW badges on them. Probably why the hard drive failed in mine...

Final wash of the decade ?

Would you like to come and do mine? We have a pot of coffee on, and can rustle up some bacon sarnies 😄
