Crikey!!!
Quick question on the fitting.
I will be piggybacking an ignition switched fuse in the fuse box for a perm fitting
I have yet to remove the side panel that buts up against the door card - so I can get to the side of the fuse box.
Don't want to break anything, but I am assuming this side panel...
So does mine mate. Although it's been there longer than I wanted.
Blown HG I think :police:
Hope to get to get it sorted when time allows.
ATB with the 2.5.
.....splutter......Laid up over the winter? Laid up over the winter?
You've made me spill tea on me lap dude.
Why aren't you going to be using the car, and slip-sliding all over the shop like the rest of us?
Its not a Classic Car............Yet.
I'm with DKZ5745 here.
I've also owned a number of Fords, but at this point there is nothing in their range that floats my boat, including the ST editions. That's not to say that may change if something nice comes out of R&D in the future. I don't rule anything out.
It is as bigmac says it's...
Interesting article, in particular the manufacturing stats.
http://www.just-auto.com/analysis/2014-peugeot-rcz-r_id151517.aspx
Like all versions of this coupe, the R is manufactured by Magna Steyr at its Graz works in Austria. The contract should run until 2016 and there are strong rumours...
I guess you are right about rigidity, but we have to consider that the RCZ is one of those rare beasts that escaped from the design studio with its fabulous looks intact, rather than being sanitized by the bean counters. The fact that the R drives as well as it does while looking as sexy as as a...
Yes that's true, especially when the front is lightly loaded.
TBH, I did wonder if the TC was actually working the first time it did it. Surprising amount of movement and wheel spin really. Maybe I was expecting German sensibility (no disrespect) when what I got was obviously French.
The one...
The link tianorth included is the easiest and safest way to do the upgrade.
While there is no doubt that the use of code and maps from gpsunderground is do-able , it comes with risks associated (since the data is ripped/hacked).
At least with the official CDs you are less likely to c*ck it up...
Not wishing to piddle on your chips mate, but after finding one of my jacking tabs had failed some time in the past, I'm not sure I'd want to leave my RCZ sitting on jacks for an extended period of time. Realize the damage is probably done at the point the car is raised, but personally I'd...
The de-activation is quite simple really.
Having said that I understand the frustration on when it decides to wipe or not.
Had an MG ZT (75 shape) a while back with a wheel operated sensitivity control on the intermittent wipers - think Rover group lifted it straight from their owners (BMW)...
My 14 plate 8k miles, with dealer fit DAB and front parking sensors (option I believe) was sub 23k in mid Sept.
So anything about 23k is about right for me.
Not tried with Radio thus far. Will have a try tomorrow for you.
EDIT - just tried Radio (incl Dealer fit DAB) - and it works fine without interference from Camera.
As for the lighter sockets, I am having a think about them. There probably is sufficient space for one cigarette connector in the...
Here's my mini 0801 setup.
Cost - £34.99 delivered
All wires hidden aside from bit shown below - will hide all this in fuse box area when I get the step-down kit.
Lo there thornebt,
Just to let you know I received the Mini 0801 camera yesterday. I currently have the mount and camera well hidden behind the rear view mirror and the standard cabling tucked behind the headlining and A-post cover, and then routed to the centre console. At this point I do not...
Maybe. Who knows. Just want an answer at this point so I can move on.
Have a strong case IMHO as car has only been jacked in two mainstream Pug dealers garages during its short life..
So looking for advice on typical timescales for warranty department response times.
