Easiest way I've found is to lift the handbrake gater nearest the arm rest and unclipped it there, then put hand underneath and feel for a tab, 1 on end (not the easiest to press) 1 on long edge press towards drivers seat and upwards.
Once one is up you can then get your fingers to it...
If wrong oil has been used in all services then it may have damaged the turbo, if that's the case then the garage is at fault
Sounds like getting a new turbo would be cheaper.
