Yorkshire Meet - Help?

Hi members :wave:

I know that there are a trillion different guides on here to update the RT6 sat-nav unit, but i'm having difficulty sorting mine.

I updated the previous RCZ NT4? but this ones beating me.

So I was wondering if anyone was going to the Yorkshire meeting might have the appropriate gear to update mine whilst we are driving around, so to speak.

My software version is RNEG2.75.C.5 / cd# 8643.

Any help appreciated from the very friendly bunch on here, grovel grovel grovel. ha ha. :dance:

I was trying to follow your guide, but the problem I have is this bit...

For those of you trying to update from 2.75 to 2.86 it might not work.

Might have to go from 2.75 to 2.80
From 2.80 to 2.86."

When I go to the link and download the file for the ver 2.80 it is either corrupt or corrupts when i download it. the unit just stares at me pathetically when I give it the 2.86 to digest, so hence I'm stuck. !
