Sorry, posted in a rush, it is the 156 petrol.
With regards to the revs, perhaps I wasn't clear. It doesn't sit at 1,900, it only rises that far as it fires up, then straight down to around 1,000. Which is what I would expect, this issue means it struggles into life and just breaches 1,000 revs...
Well it seems the first fault may be upon me...with only 5000 miles under its belt!
This week, my RCZ has been getting progressively poorer at firing up. When I first got it, it would turn over and fire up as you would expect up to around 1,900 rpm, before quickly settling down to around 1,000...
I saw a white RCZ heading eastbound on the M4 yesterday morning (I can't remember exactly where and when, it would have been between J16 and J18 anytime from 9:15 and 9:45) potentially you nelliebear? I literally only caught the top of the car so couldn't distinguish the driver.
Based on your...
I may be miles off here Ron, but I know with some cars you can't set the cruise control until you have pressed the brake. I had this on a Vectra I owned years ago, pulled out of a motorway services and the cruise wouldn't work, I had no idea why since I had been using it before the stop! I later...
Ah sorry, that probably seemed a bit patronising then!
Seems to be a fault if your cruise control limits your speed. Best of luck with Peugeot!
I haven't heard the standard system so can't compare, but the JBL system is awesome. I listen to mostly DnB, Dubstep, Hip-Hop, Rap - so music with heavy basslines. Even at full volume, the JBL system doesn't distort. I found it superior to the Dynaudio system I had in my Scirocco and I really...
Damnfoolman, I would have had the 200 if it was available on the scheme (this is a company car). I've been told today that the monthly rental has reduced due to revised terms from Peugeot - had this happened last September I could probably have had a 200 GT, or at least the 200. Gutted.
The 156...
Picked her up this morning from Lookers Peugeot, Cardiff. Big thanks to Malcolm for the excellent service.
After test driving a GT 200 I was anxious that I would be a bit disappointed with a 156 Sport, but it is still a brilliant car! Loving it so far, very comfortable, good number of gadgets...
Because some people have two phones...?
I have a personal and a business phone, good to know I can't hook them both up simultaneously, looks like work calls will have to wait until I pull over... :eusa-whistle:
Is this not just the LED style rear lights playing tricks with the camera? It happens with many new cars with LED-style rear lights, whenever I see a Veyron on TV its lights are going mental. Something to do with the way LED's flicker extremely quickly and the frame rate it is recorded at.
Best...
Been lurking on the forum for a while now whilst deliberating over my next company car, decided to go for the RCZ in the end! I test drove a GT 200 a month or so ago and absolutely loved it! It was between that or a BMW 118d M-Sport Coupe but the RCZ got the nod as there's something about it I...
