I did have my standard 156 on a dyno when I had it for a charity rolling road day. Currently in the middle of moving home so finding the chart may be difficult but if I come across it I'll scan it up for you! :-)
This thread makes for some interesting reading.
I had a Kwik Fit mobile chap out today to change my two fronts. Whilst changing them he calls me outside to tell me he can't change the offside as when the car was jacked up, as you may have guessed, the jacking point failed and the car dropped...
No it is, it's the weird effect LEDs create when seen through a camera. Whilst taking the photo they seemed to literally be "running" like KITT's grill light haha!
Other than the engine in the last one it was faultless! I absolutely love the looks of it, the interior is very nice and it's extremely comfortable for the amount of miles I do.
I'm fortunate enough to have it as a company car and all competitors are seriously overpriced and underspecced in...
Thanks all, my first one was rather unreliable to be honest but all problems were with the engine - 2 temperature sensors and the timing chain issue 3 times so hopefully the diesel unit is going to be more reliable!
Loving this one, the face lift really is growing on me!
Picked up my 2nd RCZ today after covering a total of 72,00 miles in my first one!
This time I managed to get a HDi GT (in pearl white again) with black Sortilege alloys, black pack, JBL pack and xenon headlights for £20 more per month than I paid for my Sport!
Absolutely love it!
So it's new company car time again for me after clocking up 51,000 miles since picking up my first RCZ last January. After looking at the options I test drive a couple of other cars - Mercedes C250 AMG Sport which I would have in a heartbeat if I could get that spec in the scheme, just had it...
Re: Engine Fault - Repair Needed, this is getting too common
Hmm...funny you should mention giving the engine some stick as I had a call from the dealer this afternoon asking about my driving style. They think the engine revs and gear selection COULD have something to do with it, ie. I drive...
So Monday morning I leave for work and after travelling only around 100 yards I get the above showing on the dash, the engine felt a bit hesitant, I lost engine power crawled to a stop. After turning off and on again all seemed well but the fault was still showing. AA called and it was in to...
Ah I see, no worries :D
FYI I was referring to this:
You can see how I thought you meant this  Although, that looks more like Dolphin Blue on closer inspection!
Congratulations!
You say about the "nice plate of 3 + 3", is that the number plate that I've recently seen a picture of on another motoring forum - a two digit number plate? I'm sure it was grey too so makes sense...very interesting plate indeed!
Ditto, clean my car every week (only occasionally will I use any wheel cleaning products, if I do it's always Bilberry) and fortunately my alloys are in perfect condition after 32,000 miles :D
I mentioned earlier in the thread that I had this noise on start up. Peugeot fixed it a couple of weeks ago, the problem being diagnosed at the timing chain, all sorted with no issues since!
I've had loads of stares, looks, turning of heads, comments etc. However, the one that sticks in my mind was a few weeks ago on the last weekend of the Olympics in London. I was visiting a friend and my car was parked on their fairly quiet residential street. Whilst having a smoke on my friend's...
