Cheers Jassyboy, your wealth of knowledge will be missed as will be your banter so I hope you stop by on hear. New car sounds beast, always liked the A5, just outside my paypacket what with running costs involved. Hope its trouble free motoring but a convertible.......in glassgy..........hmmmm

My old car, just got rid of it in October:

Had it for just under a year. Facelift version is very nice. Mine was the 3.0TDI. My first and last diesel. Fast but I just couldnt live with the limited rev range. Amazing torque though. My mate has the 1.8TFSI and it's plenty pokey.

Na. No wacky baky for me. It has a lovely shine and looks well cared for. However far too practical for me. I can't recall the last time I bought a "practical" car :eusa-think:

Ron Guess what :wave: So am I........................ :lol: LOVED them calibra GSI TURBO 2.5 v6 PROBE Capri 280 brooklands or any 3.0 S,3.0 GHIA my dad had a 2.0 Ghia in Cosmos Blue the reg was L333 370V

It was an Audi Exclusive colour. Stupidly I spent a fortune in mods on that car and then got shot of it. The grill is custom from the states, lowered, remapped, BBS CK wheels, custom interior. Then I decided I really need to scratch a particular itch and bought this:

Douglas Park were and still are offering stupidly good deals on factory order M3s with the M4 coming out next year. Oh and yes was shot at Strathy (same as the M3 ones above).
