You leave off them Mother Truckers, I dated one of them back along. She didn't look her best on the TV as she was recovering from a stroke at the time of the filming. They recorded a whole series of it, but only showed a "pilot" Not sure if the rest will ever be aired though.

So my Banter buddies, I shall be absent for a few days, as me and my bestest are off for an extended weekend stay in London :thumbup: It'll give Pearl2 a good ride out as it 202miles to where we are staying. I have an image in my head from a previous visit to Greenwich which I hope to capture on film (weather permitting) I wished that my spare wheel had arrived that I have ordered, as it would have given me piece of mind. However I shall have to rely on The AA if a puncture should occur. They failed to be of any assistance on the previous occasion on which I had to call upon them :thumbdown: So fingers crossed that it is an uneventful journey :wave:

My bit of news is that I start a job on monday, working for a company call Ecolab, I'm not totally sure what my role will invole yet ?
I've also had an offer as a site Rep for Amazon, basicaly a supervisor type of role, not sure about this though as i'm more of a hands on type of fella.
Anyway gotta shoot off to vist fatherinlaw in hospital.

hey fonzy jactac.........................how are mate obviously better glad you have got a job mate at least one of us has :thumbup: aswell as me not havin a job work :crazy: i have done for people ie a kitchen showroom the womans trying to BUMP ME FOR MONEY she's the 2nd one to do this i really cannot believe the huge amount of bad luck i have been having in the last 2 months definetly been tard with the Jonah stick :lol: and her indoors is turning into a psycho i get grief every wknd of late :wtf: from avril the less said about that the better i think you never know who can read this thread

Good on ya you sheep lover you :thumbup: You seem incredibly good at finding work. This is the second time that you have had multiple job offers :clap: For someone so inexperienced at job interviews, I find that bloody remarkable.
Ecolab, they are into pest control ? They keep the rodent population down at the brewery, not sure if they are into other things ?

Yeah Ron, Im a bit amazed myself, it must be my boyish good looks :lol:
There is work out there but you have to be prepard to go through agencies and take a pay cut, but once your in somewhere more often than not they sign you on their books after a trial period.
Ecolab are huge, they're an American bluechip outfit who specialise in all sorts of pharmaceutical stuff and like you say pest control ect.
Basicaly my role is in the "clean room", which is totaly mind blowing the procedures that you have to go through to be inside a clean room environment.
Its like sitting in my RCZ. :lol:
In fact all my passengers will now need to "Scrub & Suit Up" before entering, :lol:

I'm still looking for other vacancies, but at least I'm keeping myself busy and not sitting around all day getting depressed and visiting "other" websites :lol:

How's things Jass,
All Good I hope.
My father in law is still in hospital but seems to be on the mend, it was touch & go for a while , they still not sure what happened, he's been tested for everything from meningitis to a tumour, he also had an heart attack and pnuemonia whilst being in hospital.
Fingers crossed he'll pull through.

How's the job searching going with you, any luck ?
Keep your chin up, easy to say I know, but believe me after the month I've been through, things can only get better.
So keep smileing, dont let the barstuds get you down.
Splash on some Tango Jassy Juice and dazzle the sods with your banter in your interviews, you'll be "Vice" President in no time :lol:
