Thanks again guys.
Life at the moment is not good. It just seems to be one thing after another.
You try to look after close family members who have received bad news, then out of the blue you're own world is turned upside down by news off you're own doc, and to top the week off you find out you are losing your job.

If I wrote to Dear Deidre at the Sun and told her everything that had happened over the last 6 weeks she would never believe it..

I think a large whisky is on the cards, but under the circumstances maybe not.

Oh my. Jactac my heart goes out to you. I can only echo all the sentiments already posted. Life is too short so keep your thoughts positive and make the most of the good things around you while you bear through these present tough times.

Ron, good luck with your hearing!

So Ron, don't keep us all in suspense, what was the outcome?! Are you popping the Krug in celebration of the restoration of justice?!

Case has been heard but time ran out. So now awaiting to receive the decision by Royal Mail. The judge said that he would try to let us have it the week after next. My solicitor said that he was quietly confident and I concur with his assessment :eusa-think:

Well fingers crossed then. You had a pretty sound case from my understanding. Time to forget about it for now. You can do nothing else for the moment and at least you have a busy wee time ahead of you to keep your mind from over analysing things.

Yep. You are right. Very busy time ahead and no point dwelling. I win or I loose. I needed to to it and I had my day in court. I believe that they showed their true colours and I just hope that the judge saw it that way too. Time will tell. Off to Frankfurt on Sunday, camera in hand

Splendid...and I hope you'll share some pics Ron.

As for your former employers, true colours always come out in the wash and hopefully the judge will see straight through them. On to bigger and better things...hopefully with a decent wallet load of compensation in your pocket and your reputation untarnished.
