When I had my service done I had fun and games.
Was quoted £89 for oil and filter change, I thought that as this was all that was required to complete the 2nd year service, but no that's all they changed.
They didn't stamp the book or reset the service indicator.
To bring it up to a second year service where they check the computers and take the wheels off to check brakes etc the service manager said that they could do it for £75.
Fortunately I had a call from Peugeot UK HQ about my collapsed jacking point and I asked about what they had done bearing in mind that I had gone in to book a 2nd year service and they changed it to only an oil and filter change and that I was also out of work so the extra £75 was a lot particularly on jsa.
Peugeot UK HQ said that as the jacking point issue has been on going for a while they would cover the cost as a goodwill gesture to bring it up to 2nd year service standard.
Brilliant from Peugeot UK HQ, but unfortunately the dealerships are letting the side down.
