Jassy - your ST is SO awesome. The kick plates and interior are absolutely money. Would love to see it all lit up so that's your next task! The power and grunt of the car sounds utterly seductive and addictive. I don't think I'd get at all bored of that!

Anyway, I think you've chosen a very fit replacement for the 'Z and am glad that it's making you so happy...especially as this time it's all yours!

Your very kind and a Gentleman Matt     The RCZ IS STILL STUNNING I gave it a wee polish today it still looks new and gave the leather seats a good detail as well

The focus is more work intensive to detail as the roof is higher than my Z and a good bit larger but you being 6 ft 1 would mange it easy............

And Mel i just paired my HTC one S with the ford SYNC Bill Gates right enough as its a MICROSOFT product So iphone5 soon as my HTC AINT compatible with a lot of the features

And Rizz its just a pity you dont live closer you coulda had my Alcantara steering wheel before it goes back to the leasing company but i still have it for a month

I'm really pleased that you are LOVING your new ST :). Enjoy it to the full and I hope it lasts for a very long time.

It looks great but to my mind would be better with only 3 doors to make it look more sporty (not that it isn't ;) ), but that's just me.

Yes i hope so too Kerry "Its the car of a working mans dreams" that being me :) Aye a 3 DOOR i think that will belong to "ENTER THE NEW FORD CAPRI" in late 2014. 5 doors are a waste of money for me as i only use 1..... but you dont get 1 door cars...I think the privacy glass looks better on a 5 door car than 3 but i also think the new Fiesta looks better than the new focus  .I NEVER got this car for its stunning looks as it.... :eusa-think: not so great from a few angle's but over all its very pleasant,Ruggedly HANDSOME JUST LIKE ITS OLD OWNER........... and fricking mean looking, Its gets a lot of Attention    Being WHITE/STYLE PACK, i have only saw 3 focus ST 's on the Road to date and none where White, they where Black, performance blue,Tangerine scream

By the way DAB radio gives ya a amazing sound + plus so many quality stations HEAT BEING MY FAV just now but still searching for the best DAB station Magic

There was a Tangerine Scream one detailed professionally on Detailing World, which looked stunning. That would be the colour I would have, if I had one. White ALWAYS looks great though so I'm sure yours will stand out a mile with all your detailing work on it :)

Diamond Brite is not a bad product. It's just dealers who don't apply/prep the paint properly. I've never used it personally (although the dealer did a bad job of applying it on my Tigra) :(

There are better sealants out there which will give better / longer protection..... The decision is yours ..... ;)

Just saw my first Astra VXR (black) and that is one NICE looking car. Shame it's so much more expensive than some of its competitors. Your ST will also still lick it at a set of lights!

Hey Matt l have only seen a red one mate and just don't like it at all would rather have the megane RS instead of that vxr for a start you need to put 20 inch alloys on it then xenons and led drls dont know about the rest don't like Vauxhall at all l am very content with the Dagenham biscuit box saw Amg a class 200 on red the other nice outside chintsy inside not me the focus is so comfortable it is to believed then a demon when take the mood call it a ford GTI.

Ps post via a broken HTC phone home internet fooked right now

If you look at this chart here you see that the RCZ really isn't that far off from the ST at all. It's basically only 1 second slower through the entire speedrange and that's not bad at all considering the power advantage of the ST.

http://www.zeperfs.com/en/duel3297-4366.htm

I've noticed that the RCZ beats almost everyone in it's performance range on a rolling start in 4th 5th and 6th but falls behind off the line from a standstill.

Anyway your ST looks very nice. My brother has one of those 3 cyl 1.0l 125 bhp Focus Estate with a lot of kit on it and i must say whenever i get into it i want one :D I haven't had the chance to drive it tho :( Pulls incredibly good for such a small engine!

Very intersting them figures Tomas  I have owned a 197bhp Fn2 Type R the same as the 197bhp RCZ only ever test drove the 200 gt as we call it,the 200 gt off the mark acceleration didnt feel much different to the 156 bhp gt,but mid range and top end torque where far better in the 200gt The Fn2 is quicker than the rcz 200gt off the mark after that they are probably on level par until they hit a corner or a bend then the Type R will leave the 200 gt in its tracks, the fn2 takes corner's better than this car my new ST,just because off the NA engine and bone jarring/tooth loosening chassis.

Digits and number on a site only read digits and numbers, but on a road Its a different story.I can only say that this is by far the fastest car i have ever driven, Frightening fast if your brave enough i aint  but my son is :( Tomas i would have this car even if it had only 200 bhp............I never got it for its speed mate i am 50 years old  I got this car because its a amazing car it has almost as much gadgets as "KITT" It has "city stop" which means its impossible to rear end any car under 30 mph,its has led blind spot recognition, auto high beam assist,A lane departure warning system,i cant really state them all, but it has them, of course this was a optional extra on this car, but i love this car the interior seats and dashboard are top drawer as you know. The Recaro seats dont need to say anything the name says it all.

Here's a short story for ya:eusa-think: I have still got the rcz and at times Avril has to take the rcz out the drive so i can get to work in the focus and i see it in the mirrors going back into the drive its a stunning thing in your rearview/door mirrors   The ST Aint Stunning too look at but overall..............

Ah the 1.0 125ps ecoboost engine cracking thing it has it all torque speed and economy if you choose it,its faster than fords 1.6L engine fifth gear gave this car 10/10 in the focus and its available in the fiesta which is even lighter so it will be faster still than in the focus.

IN a ideal world i would have had another RCZ if the interior was better and it had 180/220 bhp but still at the same price.....My opinion of the rcz hasnt changed in all the time i have had it,I have quoted this countless amount times on this forum I think the "rcz optionless is expensive" then ADD THEM its becomes really expensive and dont quote TT prices because thats a AUDI......

I have to say Jassy, you're really selling the ST to me. Sounds like an awesome car, just wish it had a bit more of a wow factor in the looks department. I keep looking out for these now on the road and without really looking saw a Tangerine Scream (love the name) today. I love this colour :) It was being driven very sensibly too.

Enjoy the ride Jassy lad

Jassy. I saw a White Fiesta Zetec S today. It looked fantastic. One of the things that I liked was the badges as they were White with the FORD name in Black. These were on the front, back and steering wheel but, the wheel centres were the normal Blue. What an effective personalisation
