Lucky me doesn't have a bank manager in the form of a wife so my hoop is free from kicking, after I recover from the wallet bashing i got from buying the car and some tail pipes I might look into a few other wee bits, hdd dlr's be on the to do list.
What sort of price would you be looking for decals? I'll see him tomorrow, I know eBay has a couple for I think £70 :D

The HDD DRLs are the next thing that I'd want to do...makes the car look even more money! I fully intend on sneaking them on without the bank manager's knowledge...shhhh!! I'm not confident about doing them myself though so would have to look into getting them fitted somewhere.

As for the decals, I'll undercut the eBay ones...no danger. ;) I'll happily accept 50/55ish notes. We can sort out the pick up/delivery of them so we can circumvent any P&P costs. That sound like a goer?

Yip sure does sound like a plan. I'll see him tomorrow, thinking they will look good on his opal white with black wheels.
Get my car on tue( if no hiccups!) so could be a good excuse to compare ;)

I'd be going to kirkhill autos to fit DRLS I think. There good and have used them before. I might just try some bulbs first. See how they look :)

In no self serving way, I think the decals look best on white with black wheels.

:thumbup: I know the car is there, just waiting on DVLA to swap over my reg number ect so fingers crossed tue still good..
I'll see what mate at work says, weather he wants them or not, might have blue, white and grey all in the same place to compare :thumbup:

He's had his less than a week, loves it but complaining about the amount of fuel it's using, he's booked into dealer wed to have it checked over, he has the 156bh GT

Yeah I haven't been too impressed with my own car's fuel consumption and intend on similarly having it looked into. Did he also get his from Kemnay? Wonder if it's his I spotted today on a 12 plate. Did he buy his new? They do advise that the reflected fuel consumption doesn't settle until around the 2-2500 mile mark. I have since exceeded this and am still getting a return of only 30mpg and less than 300 miles from a full tank. Other threads suggest this is an issue experienced by other owners too. I've got the contact details of an excellent chap at Kemnay from the service section who I intend on getting in touch with regarding this and some gremlins that continue to keep stealing my power. :(

I have had two RCZ 2.0 Hdi cars and I reckon that the fuel performance is noticeably better after (around) 10,000 miles. 2 - 2500miles is barely "run in"

He bought his on a 61 plate second hand', only done 600 odd miles so not even run in yet, told him it would get better, I'm hoping it takes less than 9000 miles thou!
Hey he says he will take your decals mrizzle, we will sort out details once my new toy is home if that's ok?
Still hoping for tue but was at dealer today, saying if reg docs not through soon they might get held up with the holiday weekend, mon and tue. So got everything crossed now :crazy:

Well hopefully your pal will start to see a greater return on his fuel shortly!

Thanks again for the much appreciated decal hookup and that's no worries about waiting until you get your new baby. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that the dealer manages to get everything sorted with the paperwork etc so that you can pick her up on Tues as originally planned!!

Hey guys, good and bad news!!!
BAD NEWS: My car not gonna be ready till Friday now, bank holiday holding up paperwork :cry:
GOOD NEWS: my lovely dealer not being happy with this have giving me there brand new demo ashpalt till mines is ready, now that's good service :dance: :dance: :dance:

All sounds great to me! :) are you enjoying the car...I'm sure you're turning more than a few heads. After 4 months it still makes me chuckle when you catch pedestrians and other road users craning their heads and having a good look! :lol: :lol: :lol:

An imposter!!! Nah wasn't me on this occasion. Saw a 12 plate opal white one this morning but wasn't out Bucksburn way today so no asphalts for me. :( I'm keeping my eyes peeled for you...i'll be lighting up if I see you...figuratively and literally. Mind you you could have been beside me when I left work today and I wouldn't have seen you...has the sky fallen down...?! Wtf?!

There's a blonde bint drives roon Dyce in a Dolphin Blue, waved to her a couple of times but stuck up moo just ignores me! How rude!!!

Crikey...that could have caused an accident!! :lol: :lol: so...he has his car back then?! That's good news!! He appears to have fallen away a bit from the forum.

As for the 'blonde bint' :lol: :lol: :lol: I have flashed (my lights) at a number of RCZs of late and been completely stonewalled. Miserable gets!!
