I most certainly will. I'm also getting it wrapped in Carbon first to match mirrors & roof. Will get plenty of pics.

I have an update on this, that being the company I'm using to wrap the splitter are saying it will not adhere to the surface of the splitter. Back to the drawing board then.
Treborcz did you do yours yourself? I'm going to try 1 other company before I decide the splitters fate.

Hi Rczmk,

Yes i wrapped mine myself but it was a real pain in the butt! and wouldn't really want to do it again. If you have a go yourself make sure it's free from grease and dust etc. just a tip... when the splitter is fitted to the car you can only see 2" of it at the corners and 1" at the front near the reg plate. So what i would suggest to make the job easier is just wrap the the front 2" or so of the splitter. It would make it much easier and i don't think it would come off because the under edge of the bumper would keep it pinned down. I know it sounds a bit like doing half a job but it took me 6 hrs solid to wrap it and when i eventually fitted it to the car you can only see the front edge. Just another quick thought... you could spray the splitter with an adhesive, wrap it and wait for it to cure before fitting, but this would make the carbon wrap a permanent bond.

Ok so I've fitted this now. Couldn't get it wrapped so I just stuck it on. Now I'm not the best at this sort of stuff and I'm sure someone else out there can do a better job but ya know what I gave it a go. The old 1s just ripped straight off with a bit of force.
Jacked the car up

Used axel stands

The old 1s just had small plastic type rivet style clips and adhesive so they are very easy to remove

Used the glue and screws provided to bolt the new 1 on

Ive got to tell you gents it's much lower on the nose! It really makes me think twice when heading for a speed ramp. It kinda looks more aggressive in real life.
Some of you will see it next weekend :)

Scot it really is quite easy. You will need to get the front in the air to get your drill to it. Other than that apply the adhesive to the splitter, I had my bro to hold it in position whilst I got a couple of the self drilling screws in. After that just popped the rest of them in. The splitter already has the guide holes so you can't go wrong really. I would say just make sure you get it centralised. The adhesive is more like a stretchy rubber as it needs to bend and flex.
Im thinking rivets might be a better option for a real tight fit.

That looks good for getting in all the small corners that you can't get with adhesive film.
