3rd European RCZ Meeting 27/05/2018

Ok Nemi, once again you want regret joining our meet

A lot of stay in the Fletcher Park Hotel in Bergen-op-Zoom. The hotel is located 500m away for the start of the meet.

The evening before the meet, so Saturday evening, we have a Meet&Greet, a lot of participants are already in Bergen-op-Zoom from Saturday, so in the evening from 18h - to 21h we have a meeting.
After the meeting, so Sunday evening, we have a BBQ on the beach at Perry's Beach Club.

and Nemi - that's an epic distance and I hope it comes off for you and your girlfriend. The area around Zeeland is very pretty and Bergen-op-zoom is a lovely town, plenty of shops and some nice eateries for a bite to eat and a drink.
Hotel is lovely but don't bring your trunks - not allowed in the pool - :shock: :shock:
We are sooo prudish in the UK, but I'm still not getting my kit out ha ha ...

Last year around this time we had 90 RCZ's that confirmed this year I have already reached the limit I set 125 RCZ's.
I really didn't expected that we would have 125 by the middle of november.
Maybe we need to increase the limit and find a solution for the convoy :?:

Maybe go 150 and say 120 turn up, then not too many more than last year Dan?
It would be good that you beat each year, but there is a safe limit , or you split the group at certain points to ease the flow?
I don't know Dan but a guy like you can sort it out, yeah ...

Last year this time we had 90 confirmed, so now we have 125 that's a 38% increase !!!!
I will keep the list open and look for a solution, like you say it's still 6 months and people will cancel or even not cancel and not show up :evil:

MotorScotti from Switzerland confirmed he will join our meeting, we now have 130 RCZ's from 11 different countries !!!!

Wow that's fabulous Dan, I've been watching his videos on RCZ maintenance, that's cool he'll be joining us all on the European meet. Brilliant to hear you've got 130 coming, let's hope they all come. CheersDanRo said:

First of all I want to wish every body a happy New Year, that we can enjoy our RCZ for many miles this years
People continue to sign up for the Zeeland meeting.
A while back we already reached the limit of 125 RCZ's and currently we are in total with135 RCZ's.
Now there are 5 more months to go and there will be people that will cancel, so for those who still wish to participate, do not wait too long otherwise you will ever lower on the waiting list.

For the moment we are over 130 RCZ's that confirmed for the meet.
So the limit was 125 RCZ there for some people are on the waiting list, it still 5 months to go and people will cancel.
Today somebody cancelled and John Hale was the next person on the waiting list, so John you are now officially atteding the meet :thumbup:

Well I know it's a bit off at the moment but time has a habit of creeping up on you, so......

Roll on May - let's hope the weather is a nice as last year, but either way it will be a fabulous meeting - the biggest RCZ gathering in the World..

I will be travelling from South East London on Saturday the 26th, if anyone from the UK will also be travelling on the 26th would be nice to meet up somwhere and go in convoy.
