Me & My RCZ at Circuitpark Zandvoort in the Netherlands last friday.

Nice one Joske  (and in the best colour!!) glad to see you are enjoying the car!! :)

That's what an RCZ is made for, pure joy for the driver. Even after 36 000km I can't stop smiling while driving her. She by far the greatest thing that happened to me the last couple of years.

Look how wide & low it looks. Love it! Good work

Now you see how cars grew bigger over the years. And on track was my car the only one that hasn't had a lower suspension. :)

Now looking forward to Pugfest, and next month my circuit Experience course at the racetrack in Zolder.

Zolder was great. I learned a lot from the instructors laps and laps behind the safetycar. Skylimit did a great job organising this course for us.

I and my RCZ had a great time. I drove around 20 laps during the whole day. Every lap the track grew on me.
On some corners especially on the exit from the Lucien Bianchi turn you notice the understeer in the RCZ, she really want's to go wide there. I blame the heavy dieselengine in front.

In my humble opinion, a racetrack is the only place on earth were you really can enjoy the total package of the RCZ. I still don't understand why people will have more power out the HDiF engine. To go faster in a straight line?

Last friday I picked up a set of new centercaps for my 19" wheels. I only had on set of centercaps for 2 sets of wheels.

The original black centercaps will be put in my 18" winterwheels and next summer the 19" wheels have nice anthra centercaps to match te color of the wheels.

In the meantime the 2 new tires are placed, and my RCZ is ready for her next visit to circuit Zolder next tuesday. Another "Vroemdag", a charity event for disabled childeren, and childeren with learningproblems The day is organised by the local governement to encourage these kids to sport. A ride on the racetrack with a sportscar is for a lot of those childeren a highlight in their live.

That sucks, but at least the car seems repairable. My parents got their car totaled by a van in a similar incident.

Wednesday I visited Peugeot Experience at Circuit Jules Tacheny in Mettet (Belgium)

First a few laps as passenger in a 208 GTI with Vincent Radermecker behind the wheel, and later on it was my turn in my RCZ. It rained the whole afternoon. Great way to learn the car better.

My copilot made some filmclips during my run. (It didn't noticed, so focused)

Me driving 8)

Sprint HDiF vs THP200
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzGXxiXV958

The driver of the THP200 was only giving it al on the straigth. Cornering was not his best part.

The difference between the HDI in THP came clearly here at this short technical racetrack. In some corners my HDI had a more understeer then the THP.
But I had a great time. :auto-car:

Great stuff!! The 200 driver is utterly woeful at cornering though!!! Looks like you had a great time and fantastic to see some 'Zs on the track!
