Hi and welcome to the forum,bit spooky this but I’ve just followed you on Instagram :thumbup: very different look to your RCZ never seen one like it obviously a one off? There have been loads do body modifications on their RCZ’s but most don’t work yours does and looks very different but...

Never heard of any dash coverings whether pvc or leather being affected by the sun maybe owners from warmer climates may be able to comment? :thumbup:

That don’t sound clever Ian, the standard system is stainless and is one piece front to back, I have my old standard system In the garage if you need a part let me know you can have it, but it will obviously need welding on. :thumbup:

You just don’t hear of alloys being nicked anymore, it used to be back in the Escort XR3 days when alloys were only on sport and prestige stuff, but now alloys are standard on all but the cheapest variants. Plus aftermarket alloys have become less expensive. Hang on I’ll just nip and check me...

Did you get any air out? And when your driving it what amount of fluctuation is there on the gauge?

It’s on top of the thermostat housing a black plastic cross cut head screw you don’t have to turn it far to release air/coolant so whatever you do don’t just unscrew it! It’s on the right hand side of the engine block Zoom in on photo it’s in the centre Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Could well be there is a bleed screw to purge air out of the system near the thermostat housing. :thumbup:

Hi, im assuming your referring to a ECU remap? If so it’s definitely worth doing you’ll really notice the difference in how your car performs and you will see a noticeable increase in fuel economy and this should have no detrimental effect in the timing chain. :thumbup:
