Mine started to drink oil after about 50.000 miles on the ODO. But she drinks only when she struggles :lol: Means, only if I hurry her over those autobahns flat out. As long as I do the usual commuting, no oil consumption.

No, I'm not so much into Seats. I also test drove all the Golf GTIs and Rs. They all are almost the same. For me, the VAGina lack excitement & thrill of driving. They are all good cars. But they don't touch my soul.

IMHO the best choice for the RCZ R is the new Michelin PS4s. Maybe even the PS4 is as brilliant as the PS4s are. Quite expensive, yes, but also quite durable and versatile. This winter season I was able to run them safely down to 0°C without any issues like understeer in tight corners on cold...

And that is common for Contis when they get a bit older. I'd stick to the GYs or Michelins for the RCZ. They suit them so well.
