    Moley

I recommend a stick of dynamite in each mole hill. They tend to not like that much either and it’s much more satisfying

    The birds (no, not Hitchcock)

We have a very large Heron, a beautiful bird, that regularly visits our pond, snacking on our very expensive Koi Carp, especially at this time of year when it has young to feed. I have nets over the pond now, but the bird still regularly visits, checking if the nets are there. IF I HAD A GUN IT...

    Possible Engine coolant pump leak

Yes, others have had expansion tank leaks, but as it’s at the top of the engine compartment it would be relatively easy to see a leak from there.

    Possible Engine coolant pump leak

Are you definitely losing coolant? There is often a small wet patch from the aircon, and if you have had the temps you mentioned, your aircon will have been working overtime. :eusa-think:

    Display software mods

It did it first when I got back from my hols. The car had been in the multi-storey at Manchester Airport for a couple of weeks, so I put it down to some kind of signal loss due to being under a few hundred tonnes of concrete for quite a while. It finally picked up a signal when I was nearly...

    Display software mods

Looks like a trip to my dealers tomorrow. I have a problem with my sat nav again. I had the gps aerial replaced a couple of years ago as I wasn’t picking up any signal. The last 2 days I have the same problem again. Hope it’s covered under my extended warranty :eusa-think:

    Weather Warning - High Winds!

The owner had been wanting to do some mods, and had said he wanted to try to get some wood into the interior :helpme:

    Weather Warning - High Winds!

The police :law-policered: suspect this was a deliberate act, they are looking for tree fellers :eusa-whistle:

    Display software mods

It’s worth a try on the NG4, but having looked back through the thread, I thought I had been asked that question before, and when I investigated at the time, it seems nobody had managed to do a mod for that head unit, but, maybe no one had tried to see if this worked :eusa-think: Fingers...

    Hi from Cambridgeshire

I always try to do a bit of Z spotting when on holiday, and often fail. We have just returned from Cape Verde (West Africa) & I can confirm there are NO Z’s on the island (Boa Vista). Hardly surprising really though, as the best roads were mainly cobbles, and the rest were just sand, not exactly...
