I think you need to say which model you have. There tends to be more kits available for Mk1 RCZ’s than there are for the Mk2, so knowing if you have a <2012 or a 2013> would help with answers.

You haven’t said if the head unit is the RT6 or NG4. I think the solution might be quite different depending on which of these you have.

It also depends which RCZ you have. The 156 and diesel have softer suspension than the 200. Even the R has a more comfortable ride than the 200 Due to its configuration.
