The button is to let you put up the fin manually if you have the car turned on and press once it comes up a little press again and comes up fully and will stay like that all the time you are driving and even when you park up. To get it down power on and hold button down...

Why not look on eBay as there was one fully working for £75 or do as I did and purchased a complete boot with all the fittings and fully working and more parts than you may need but will come in handy... Worth a look..

The original one's were black but took them off and got a set of chrome arches for £120 and had them done then I was offered a second set of black for £80 so no brainer got a spare set... Lol 😂
Why don't you get them painted piano black to match the roof mine cost me £125 a side plus vat and great job what do you think 🤔

Well I think you made the right decision to use autoglym as there range of car products are so well known... I only use there products to clean my cars over the last 20 plus years and still as good today
