That would probably explain why they were at warp factor 9, on a soaking wet day through a residential area. Though going on the standard of driving in most places that could just be someone popping to the shops.

I agree that that the 86/BRZ are under powered and do need a good shove to get them moving, but personally I think that's half the fun. If I wanted loads of power for no work I'd have kept my 508 GT. That had 330 something ftlbs from literally tick over. Compared to my 200 RCZ it's not as well...

The brakes on my GT86 came from ECP on one of their many sales. Blueprint discs and Pagid pads. Perfectly acceptable.

Turbos stifle sound. Pretty much all you'll get is what mongs with straight piped Bora diesels get, a horrible farting noise and the whir of the turbo. I put a cheap exhaust on my petrol RCZ and it sounded ok if not overly loud.
