I believe these maps are BMW 2021-1 version. No official NG4 support anymore yes - NG4 with all its features is sadly a very outdated SatNav.

No. That map is created automatically by MACOSX when compiling the zip file. Only copy the contents of the Cartes_NG4_2021_1 folder. Look at the attached image to see, how the files on your USB / SD CARD should look like.

Contents of the "Cartes" map (not the map itself) should be copied to the USB. After you copy to the USB, then check for the hidden files on the USB. This is how your USB should look like. You can also follow this video (although its in French) -

AFAIK, the daytime running lamps are the led lights beneath the main headlights. I have them turned on in the settings and headlights to auto and they work no issue.
