No. Just a USB or an SD Card formatted as FAT32. Refer to this guide to update to the latest software and the maps/radars if needed.

Between those cars, the only difference is the engine power and type of fuel - 1,6 THP and RCZ R use gasoline (100 or 95), and HDi uses diesel. Of course, there are also options for automatic or manual transmission (I forgot that before). But I do not know if automatic is an option with all...
As someone who bought an RCZ a month ago. I'd say to look for an MK2 model (2013+) due to updated engine parts. Car is amazing to drive, looks beautiful, and turns heads wherever it goes. I'd say when buying it, look for stamped service book (check VIN number online) with receipts, check that...
You can post a photo of the dashboard or go into Setup -> System Information. Something like that. I always forget this part. Somewhere in that menu, is the firmware version that also has the model of the SatNav included.
In my guide, that I linked above - I have fully working maps 2021-1 and Radars for April 2021 - they are unofficial but work perfectly. Everything works with an USB so you do not need to buy anything special.
When I have the time, I'll post pictures of my setup with Bluetooth streaming on NG4...
You should update the firmware.
I have created the guide how to update the firmware, latest maps and latest radars.
You can access it here GUIDE: Updating the firmware, maps and installing risk areas (RADARs) on NG4
Just remember to follow every step to the dot. Otherwise, it might not work...
SD CARD and USB STICK have to be formatted as FAT32. Also, it might be possible that only 32GB SDs and USBs are supported. I could not get any of my 64GB USB sticks to work.
Screen flickering is often associated with partially stuck or deteriorated screen cable.

I hope it something cheap and easy to fix. I had a similar scare couple of days ago. Engine fault, car in limp mode. Neighbour who has a diagnostic software said something about the cylinder. Then I took to private mechanic that primarily deals with BMW engines and I was lucky since it was only...

I hope it's not the same as this user had.

I just have to fix a couple of scratches first and clean it - then I'll post it in the "Newbies" section :D
But wow for the roadtrip (and the car choice) - sounds like a real experience :D
Did you go to Istanbul through Belgrade and Sofia or did you went around other Western Balkans towns as...
Bought (almost - mine has matt black arches and is a year older) the same car a month back for the same price (10k€). Anyone who buys it, will absolutely love it. Good luck with the sale.
UPDATE on the 1) Error P1340 Misfire on cylinder4; risk of destroying catalytic converter and 2) Error P1062 Variable valve lift system. Position regulation fault
The car went to the mechanic today. He has experience with BMW/Mini repairs and he kind of knew what is usually the problem when...
Maybe I should have used "not as expensive" other than fairly cheap compared to the repairs on my previous car, where anything was upwards of 700€. HFPF should be around 400€ (at the Peugeot dealer here) and 50-100 should be work. So in my book, that fairly cheap compared to my previous car 😅...
I have the same issue. Mine happened on the motorway at around 150kmh. Went into limp mode, with no acceleration. Engine Fault: Repair Needed light is on, the car starts normally, for about 3 seconds the RPM goes from normal (little below 1000) to around 500, with lots of vibration. Checked the...
