Hi and welcome, the headlamp washer jet covers are quite hard to come by as most breakers sell the bumpers complete but you may get lucky even if you can’t get the exact colour you could have them sprayed.
How long had the car been running? Could be a faulty temp sensor but this shouldn’t have killed the full electrical system, there have been reports of power module failures this is the unit that the battery connects to quite expensive to replace from Peugeot but available secondhand for a lot less
Did the fans come on? Usually with overheating issues and some engine fault lights the fans go mad even after the engine is turned off. Is the heat shield still on the turbo? If this had been removed it could heat up the bonnet?
“Fragile”?? Don’t be fooled by all the 156 knockers there’s plenty of 200’s and R’s that have had had the common timing chain issues, there were over twice as many 156’s over 200’s manufactured so your always going to get more 156 owners reporting problems.
Yep you’ve got it 😱 if it sounds like that get it sorted before you wreck the motor as Pedro said you could just try the tensioner but many have found the guides to be broken upon strip down.
I don’t think Alcon made any revised discs for the R, the common complaint from owners were that they were squealing which I’ve heard is common on race spec brakes, but don’t quote me on that 😉 I think when R owners found out that Peugeot would replace R discs under warranty most owners wanted a...
The lion does come off it’s just double sided tape plus some locating tabs. Use fishing line or similar to cut away at the old tape to remove them either mask off and spray or vinyl wrap 👍
Peugeot actually offered two options of carbon roof one high gloss the other matte As Verminator said my launch edition came as standard with the high gloss version, the option on other models would have set you back £1300!
You need 5 x 108, 65.1 wheel bore and 65.1 hub centric.
I’m not sure about the thread length as I have aftermarket alloys with a tapered seat where if your using standard alloys you need the flat seat type bolts your probably looking at 50mm thread length 75mm total bolt.
One of only a few car events to happen this year today’s Forge action day was a real success many truly stunning cars there and our little group of RCZ’s drew plenty of attention from the event attendees.
