Have you tried manually lifting the spoiler to full height with the Allen key? Then try to lower it via the interior switch. This may reset the height position maybe worth a try

Wow looks to me like vandal damage I can’t see this ever happening in normal operation especially with the spoiler, there are loads of these units in breakers and they’re not too dear at the moment, wing mirrors on the other hand are around £250-£300 for a secondhand one!

I’ve seen some on a 308cc at the French car show, the actual brackets looked hideous and there were signs of damage where the door had touched the wing not nice at all and totally put me off the idea.
