@18ME I'd absolutely insist that the dealer upgrade.......................if he/she values your future custom (sales, servicing, etc). This car was only "born" a few months ago and should have the latest maps and the 2.80 software. I would play hard-ball, but then I am an @rsy g*t when it comes...
