That was wrong and shouldn't have happened to either of you. I'll be dealing with these instances personally in future so that I have a clearer picture of what's happening and when.

Ive had a Nilfisk for ages and get the same problem. Tends to be worse in colder weather. I just play around with it until it's straight (ooh er missus). Had a Karcher before it and it was similar but not as bad.

It's a TT / Triathlon bike. So will only be used for relatively short lasting rides which means it designed purely around performance rather than comfort. Yup - velodrome bikes have no gears, no brakes and no freehub (the back wheel won't spin with the pedals moving).
