In the RT6 on the right of the list is 2 buttons, cancel and update. Click on update and it then reads the sub stick, chose which maps you want to update, it should revert back to this update list after the update of that map is complete. Chose the next one to update.

Have you tried a BSI reset? Since you have changed a few things! Also did you go through the correct procedure for installing a new battery (ie when disconnecting the old one waiting until all electrics have gone to sleep)?
