I don't recall my 200 being lumpy or running poorly at low speeds.
Could it be carbon build up? They can be prone to it due to the direct injection system.
If it feels watery it probably is, as coolant is slippery when you rub your fingers together. Unless it doesn't have coolant in it, obviously.
Fuel would be immediately apparent.
AC drain? Or some sort of drainage to carry rainwater away from somewhere, scuttle maybe?
I had pp2k, diagbox/lexia. Very useful bits of kit. You will need a laptop though, runs on Vista from memory.

I had a window reg fail on a 407 and used plastic wedges to keep the window up until the new part came.
The issue with the RCZ is the window needs to drop when you open the door.
If it hasn't been on very long, I'm sure the paint underneath will be fine. It might be less swirled up than the surrounding paint, but a decent polish could solve that.
On the other hand, if it has been on for pretty much the entire life of the car, there could be a slight difference.
