I’ve left a set of Godspeed pistons and a repair kit with it amusingly! The calipers were replaced under warranty at 42k I think, but I got the kits for a refurb at some point.

Yes, corroded callipers picked up on the MoT. The standard Peugeot extended warranty clearly covers them as they are not a standard wear and tear item (unlike disks and pads).

Re: RCZ R front discs and calipars I had my callipers replaced under the extended Pug warranty this January - 5 year old RCZ R. I had to pay for a new set of discs.

An update - car is now safely back. I talked to Peugeot UK who prioritized the fuel pump (they were really helpful) and talked to the dealership. The dealer even waived the £102 plus VAT to plug the car into the diagnostic machine. Warranty covered the £1000 for the new fuel pump plus the cost...
