Window motor suddenly only goes down, but not up

Hi!

After the window mechanism on the left hand side of my RCZ broke I replaced it with a new one. After installing it was shortly functional and went up and down. But after going all the way down it won't go up anymore. I checked the fuses. Replaced the window buttons completely. The final thing I tried is to run the window motor on its own. Giving the result in the video. It does spin down, but when i push up it shortly clicks and stops. What could be the problem?

Could be, tried resetting it by holding the down button for over 10 seconds but that didn't help

Test the Polarity of the wiring ?

The circuit board in the regulator one of the capacitors will be on the way out and needs testing

Hi all, I have just refitted my regulator . I now see the motor spins and moves window down, however it does not take the window back up when the passenger or drivers door switch is raised . both switches lower. there is a click when trying to raise and then no movement. Is there something I missed on reassembly or a process to follow ? I have tried holding the button down 10 secs.and then up to no avail. Now stuck as its dark and I cant even move the glass manually. ,

Is this within/ attached to the motor unit or the little black box thats attached to the door card ?

It's Slotted into the motor and easy removed as clips in hope this helps you out...
