You both put an end to this now. You both are on your final warning and if you both persist in winding each other up, you will be banned as per forum T&C's.

Whatever happen to the Season of Goodwill to ALL men ?!

In the end, it doesnt matter what I feel about the RCZ or what Jassy felt (*feels) about the RCZ, its about how you will feel about your RCZ.

As i said before, gl and hf!

When I got my facelift GT in March my main worry was that it would be quite a compromise. Now here I am 10 months into ownership and in no way at all does it feel like it. We regularly use the car for for all of our family (2 kids, 19 and 21). The fuel consumption is excellent. I drive the Diesel engine hard and absolutely love it's performance. You will absolutely love it. Welcome to the forum and enjoy the car. :)

Jassys post was his own opinion. You can disagree Max, but there was no need to present it in that way. If we all had the same tastes and ideas then it would be a boring place :)

I've had mine four months now and enjoy it as much now as I did the day I picked it up. Like you I fell in love with the look of the car when I first saw one at The Goodwood Festival of Speed 2 yes ago. For the money I think it's one of the best looking cars on the road right now. Mines a 2yr old diesel and the engine's more than powerful enough for my everyday driving. Can't vouch for the petrol powered cars but the diesels have stacks of torque and enough range between gears to make thing always feel measured rather than rushed. Great fuel economy and the huge boot make it surprisingly versatile. Sure, it's no rocket ship but has more than enough handling capability for most and if I wanted top performance I'd be out on my bike! Only two things have reduce the pleasure for me (very slightly).
1) that the passenger seat doesn't quite go forward enough (by a couple of inches) to allow a 'proper' adult in the back comfortably and 2) the underwhelming NG4 unit. Worst satnav I've had and no bluetooth so no streaming from my phone..... in this day and age - WTF!? You can even get that on a Fiat Punts (auto) :p.

I agree, it would become a boring old place where only people with like minded opinions and interests interact, kinda like an enthusiasts forum for RCZ... oh wait... :greetings-wavingblue:

I honestly dont mind his mostly off topic banter but is it so strange that an RCZ owner stands up for the RCZ? The fact that his very next post was a personal attack, again, is another discussion all together but I was in the wrong to retaliate and apologies for that.

Its a fantastic car. There are faster, there are better handling and there are cheaper to run cars out there but no one ever bought a 156 or even a 200 for balls out speed and track fun. on the roads its perfectly capable though!

Personally - and if your finances permit - get an extended warranty on the car. Im sure a few issues will raise its head over time and the peace of mind is something thats worth the initial outlay!

I bought one new when they first came out and sold it last year.. a year on I am looking for another.

I'm hoping the warranty includes dry cleaning for when I soil myself with excitement when I finally get behind the wheel!

Had mine since February this year. Its 200Gt in charcoal grey.
Absolutely love driving it . When I'm not driving it I still find my self staring at it through the kitchen window. Its been an absolute pleasure to own and drive.
One of the best looking cars on the road.
